Active Listings

Active Listings are calculated based on the last day of the date range you are researching.

For instance, if you are looking at last month's statistics, then the number of Active Listings will be how many listings were active on the last day of that month.

For this reason, you will notice the same number of Active Listings shown for the Last 7 days, 30 Days, 90 days and 365 days. They all have the same last day; which is yesterday.
